The Essex Bay Sailing Club is a Non-profit sailing school founded in 2000 to teach children sailing in the Essex Bay.
Building Sailors
The mission of the club is to raise sailors who enjoy a strong knowledge of sailing while also learning to appreciate and protect the beautiful resources of the Essex River. The Club offers sailing lessons for children aged 8 and up in Escape Captiva’s and Club 420's. Children may enroll in four or eight week sessions by filling a registration form via our website (see a Schedule/Registration tab above).
Seasoned Instructors
Tending the team
The EBSC instructors have all participated in the program from the early stages of learning to sail in the Bosun program to the advanced Admiral level. All instructors take the time to learn about each sailor and become familiar with each individuals strengths and weaknesses. Each Instructor has their unique experience and history with the sailing program and bring their own skill sets to develop their own approach to each student.

The Essex Bay Sailing Club is conveniently located at Conomo Point in Essex Bay, MA, and is easily reachable from Essex, Wenham, Ipswich, Hamilton, Gloucester, Manchester and other surrounding areas.
